Mark has given our family hope again. We always thought we were such attentive, educated parents. So why were things falling apart rapidly for our son? We couldn't figure it out - where had we gone wrong? And who was to blame - us or our kid? But after having spent a few months with Mark, we feel like we have the skills to move forward. It will continue to be a family effort, and it hasn't been easy at times, but it has been a journey worth taking. Thank you, Mr. Mark, for showing us the light at the end of the tunnel!
